How does the online fish selling site work?
Once the fishermen catch the fish, the variety and quantity is communicated to our committee who then decide the most competitive price based on various factors , the same is then uploaded on our website daily at 06:00 AM.
What types of fish are available for purchase?
It depends on the varieties of fish caught everyday, available fish will be uploaded on our website every morning by 06:00 AM.
Are the fish fresh or frozen?
We sell only fresh fish which is not stored or any preservative added.
How are the fish packaged for shipping
Once we receive the order the fish is procured by the delivery agent and submitted for QC, then it is cleaned and packed for delivery.
What is the shipping process and how long does it take?
The fish is submitted to a QC and then it is cleaned and packed for delivery.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
The minimum order as of now is 500 grams(1/2 kg)
Can I choose a specific delivery date for my fish?
Yes, subject to availability the fish will be delivered.
What is the return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Are there any discounts or promotions available?
Yes, once you register and become a member the same will be communicated to you periodically.

It is generic , but you can call us for support for certain issues.

Yes, as we are a startup, service is limited to a limited radius, it will cover a larger area shortly.

Yes, we do have a service charge for delivery.
